<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium which permits deposition on a resin substrate, more particularly on a polycarbonate resin substrate by spin coating of a coating liquid prepared by dissolving a phthalocyanine compound without attacking the resin substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the optical recording medium having at least a light absorption layer on the substrate and the optical recording medium obtained by this manufacturing method, in which the light absorption layer is formed by using a solution prepared by dissolving the phthalocyanine compound having a heterocyclic group including ≥2 nitrogen atoms and/or a -OR group into a solvent mixture expressed by formula AxByCzDw. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
