METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic component for improving the bend of a sintered element and excellent in the accuracy of flatness.

SOLUTION: A laminated element having piezoelectric layers 11 and inner electrodes 12 alternately laminated is baked, and a piezoelectric substrate 20 is obtained. The piezoelectric substrate is placed on a stabilized zirconia substrate 21. A plurality of the piezoelectric substrates are laminated through similar stabilized zirconia substrates 21. At last, the stabilized zirconia substrate 21 is disposed again. A weight 22 is installed on the last stabilized zirconia substrate. A thermal process at a temperature higher than a sinter starting temperature of the piezoelectric layers 11 is implemented.
