摘要 An image processing unit 9, as an image processing device of the present invention, comprises: a weight coefficient setting unit 9a which sets weight coefficients wnn, wbi for weighted summation that combines the nearest neighbor method and bilinear method on the basis of the absolute value ─Ibi-Inn─ of the difference between a back-projection pixel value Inn obtained by the nearest neighbor method and a back-projection pixel value Ibi obtained by the bilinear method; and a weighted summation unit 9b which performs weighted summation on the basis of the set weight coefficients wnn, wbi. A reconstruction image is obtained by arranging the back-projection pixel values Inew after weighting (after combining) for each pixel. According to the absolute value ─Ibi-Inn─ of the difference, the weight coefficient for an image processing algorithm which has adverse effects in a certain pixel value region is set low while the weight coefficient for another image processing algorithm which obtains good results in the same region is set high, whereby a reconstruction image with less noise and artifacts can be obtained.
