The area of a tray (33) is made to be larger than the object (11) to be coated, the object (11) to be coated is positioned and loaded on the tray (33), and the coating material is coated on the object (11) to be coated. Because a mask (12) is made to be the same size as the size of the tray (33) or larger than same and coating is performed so that the coating pattern does not go beyond the tray (33) or the mask (12), the coating material does not adhere to the back surface of the tray (33). Because the object (11) to be coated is handled while loaded on the tray (33), a sequential automation from coating to drying is possible. |
