A humidification device, and a humidifier and a ventilator comprising the humidification device. The humidification device comprises a heating area (3) and a liquid conveying device (2) conveying a liquid to the heating area (3), the liquid conveying device (2) comprising a liquid inlet pipe (21), the liquid inlet pipe (21) extending into the heating area (3) and extending to the bottom of the heating area (3), a space being provided between an outlet (20) of the liquid inlet pipe (21) and the bottom of the heating area (3). The humidification device overcomes deficiencies in the prior art such as the heating efficiency in a ventilator being relatively low when the amount of water in a humidification device is adequate, and ensures that the heating efficiency is increased and the heating time is reduced during continuous usage. |
