PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain power having a prescribed voltage and frequency even if the rotational speed of a gas turbine 2 for driving a permanent magnet synchronous generator 3 fluctuates.
SOLUTION: The generated output voltage of a permanent magnet synchronous generator 3 which is rotationally driven at a high speed by a gas turbine 2 of a turbine generator 1 is linked to a system through a converter 14, a power storage element 40, and an inverter 19 in this order. Generated power is taken and a DC converted by setting the output voltage of the generator 3 by the converter 14 in synchronization with the generator 3. A DC is converted into an AC having the voltage and frequency of the system 27 by the inverter 19. In this linkage, the inverter 19 performs pulse width modulation (PWM) for keeping the voltage of a DC voltage part 18 at a fixed level, and power control can be performed by regulating a fuel flow rate supplied into the gas turbine 2 by comparing the output of the inverter 19 with a prescribed target power value. The optimum rotational speed of the gas turbine 2 is selected, and the frequency of the terminal voltage of the generator 3 generated by the inverter 19 is controlled corresponding to a load.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
