PURPOSE: Provided is a compressed water sprayer for removing scum by minimizing surface tension of scum and lowering buoyant force, resulting in decomposition and settlement of the scum. CONSTITUTION: The sprayer comprises a plurality of branch pipes(32,34,36,38), each with a plurality of nozzles (N), a water supply pipe(40) installed over a coagulation tank(10) and a settling tank(20) of a water purification plant for supplying high pressure water to the branch pipes(32,34,36,38), and a plurality of valves(51-62) for selectively opening and closing the branch pipes(32,34,36,38) so as for the high pressure water of the water supply pipe(40) to be selectively supplied to the branch pipes.
