BAG MAKING/FILLING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag making/filling machine which is capable of stably manufacturing the bag without causing sealing wrinkles or the like at the time of horizontally heat-sealing.

SOLUTION: The machine is provided with a film guiding means 15 arranged between two overlapped films 11 and equipped with at least an inner guiding member 15a that guides the films 11, the first heat seal roll 12 that vertically heat-seals the films 11 and the second heat-seal roll 13 that horizontally heat- seals the films 11 and a discharge nozzle 14 equipped with an outlet port 14a that discharges the contents into the bottomed cylinder-shaped film 11e. A leading edge of the nozzle including at least the outlet port 14a is inserted through a slit formed in the inner guiding member 15a.
