METHOD FOR RAPID LABORATORY DIAGNOSTICS OF DISEASES BASED ON IDENTIFICATION OF SPECIFIC PROTEINS

The invention can be used in medicine and veterinary to create test-systems for diagnostics of various diseases, for which unique proteins or change of their concentration serve as markers. Essence of the invention: the method for rapid laboratory diagnostics of diseases, based on identification of characteristic for disease specific target proteins in reaction of their specific interaction with other reagent proteins is characterised by the fact that specific for the disease target protein is taken, hydrolysed with proteolytic enzymes, chemical structure of formed composition of oligopeptides is modified in such a way that their charge changes to the opposite with the following use as reagent proteins instead of specific immunoglobulins in method of immunofluorescence and immune enzyme method. The method can be applied for identification of viral antigens, microbial antigens in various human biological fluids as well as for detection of novel and poorly studied infectious diseases due to simplicity of obtaining diagnosticums.
