PURPOSE:To ensure the measurement for the magnetic field distribution in a short time for the magnetic field effective part of the coil with use of the magnetic field measurement tool in which plural units of the magnetic field measurement sensors are distributed to the cross-section layer vertical to the center axis of the coil, and thus to enhance the quality of the coil.
