<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To liquefy air bubbles by deaeration of the bubbles in a boiling liquid, which is generated by boiling a high viscous and effervescent liquid (an effervescent high-viscous liquid) such as a soybean slurry without using a defoaming agent or a foam breaking medium. <P>SOLUTION: The airtight deaerator 11 deairing therein is arranged in a piping route 8 fed with the liquid (the soybean slurry) and a cooling means 13 is installed in the deaerator 11. The heated liquid (the soybean slurry) is fed to the deaerator 11 and is boiled, and the bubbled liquid by boiling is cooled, thereby the bubbles in the boiling liquid being liquefied to be taken out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
