RECOIL STARTER FOR INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE

PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a recoil starter while to stabilize the speed regulation performance by placing a buffer member at the fixing section when fixing a recoil starter to the cylinder block. CONSTITUTION:A crank shaft 15 is provided to a cylinder block 4 and a flywheel 14 is secured to said crank shaft 15. The cooling fan cover 2 is fixed by means of a fixing bolt 7 to the cylinder block 4 through buffer member or a rubber seal 11 or a buffer member or a buffer rubber 8, an intermediate seat 9 and a metal seat 10. Consequently, the durability of recoil starter system can be improved while stable speed regulation performance can be exhibited.
