In a stone-working machine, in which a swing frame carries a tool block and is driven by means of unbalanced masses (flyweights), in order to suppress undesired transverse vibrations, a balance of masses is created with the aid of an exchangeable beam weight and the vertically swinging frame is guided in pendulum sleeves.
