PURPOSE:To securely prevent leakage of sample liquid from a ventilation port by injecting the sample liquid into a container after connecting a pipe connected to the ventilation port of sample liquid drip container. CONSTITUTION:An air feeding pipe 10 is inserted into a ventilation port 9 and a sample liquid 1 is injected into a container. Then the container is turned upside down, and fixed to a fixing stand 12 of a specified drip unit, and a certain amount of air is fed from the ventilation port 9 through the air feeding pipe 10. Then, a motor 13 is allowed to rotate, a piston 15 is shifted in the direction of arrow by certain length through a gear 14, and air within a cylinder 11 is fed into the container by certain amount. This allows a certain amount of sample liquid 1 to be dripped on a film 5 from a drip port 8. Then, the film 5 is carried by a carrying part (see figure below) and another film is shifted directly below a drip port 8 for next drip. It allows continuous measurement without leaking the sample liquid. |
