PURPOSE:To make heat effect of a coil in a plate bottom plane in minimum by putting a gap between a cooking plate and an upper main body and introducing a cooling wind from a central hole of a heating coil and to control a temperature in high precision by bringing a temperature sensor into contact with the plate. CONSTITUTION:By an input of a switch of a display part 15, magnetic flux of a heating coil 6 passes through a plate 12 to heat. The temperature of a plate 12 is detected by a sensor 14 and the temperature of the plate 12 is controlled by controlling a coil 6 by a controlling substrate 7 through a magnet plug 11. A hole 6-1 of a coil 6 and ventilating holes 1-3, 1-4 are formed in a bottom plate 1-1 of a lower main body 1, and a wind is flowed a gap between an upper main body 10 and the plate 12 by a cooling fan so as to thermally insulate the plate 12 and the heating coil 6, and a temperature sensor 14 is brought into contact with the bottom plane of the plate to sense the temperature of the bottom plane precisely. |
