<p>PURPOSE:To enable necessary reactive voltage to be obtained stably by providing an input-side winding, an output-side winding, and a magnetic substance between the input-side winding and the output-side winding. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 4A for vehicle is an outside-iron type comprised of an iron core 5, an input-side winding 6, an output-side winding 7, an iron core 13 provided with space, and an insulating plate 14 which buries it wrapping the whole circumference and has necessary rigidity. The iron core 13 provided with space is buried in an insulating plate 14, and is supported and fixed completely by the insulating plate 14, and the insulation is kept to the charging part. That is, a hole to pass a main iron core is opened at the center of the insulating plate 14 wherein the iron core 13 provided with space is buried, and the insulating plate 14 is finished in the similar shape to a rectangular plate-shaped winding (input-side and output-side windings) and is inserted between windings, and is supported with the iron core together with the winding. Also, the insulating plate 14 is supported and fixed by iron cores 5a and 5b so as ho prevent the iron core 13 provided with space from deviating.</p> |
