METHOD OF REDUCING ENDOTOXIN ACTIVITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the endotoxin activity of a material to be treated without contamination thereof with miscellaneous germs nor the breakage or denaturalization thereof.

SOLUTION: The method of reducing the endotoxin of the material to be treated comprises a process of arranging the material to be treated in an airtight container 2 and a process of holding saturated steam from a steam generator 30 such as a boiler unit in the airtight container 2 being filled with it under the pressure to treat the material with the saturated steam.
