The invention can be used in electronics. When using technical aluminium oxide, with usual dispersion, excellent dielectric characteristics, smooth functional surface and low sintering temperature of products are achieved. The material is composed of 92 to 99 % by weight Al2O3 and also contains, in percent by mass, 0.2 to 2.5 % CaO, 0.5 to 7.5 % TiO2, 0.1 to 2.5 % SiO2 and 0.3 % additional admixtures. During production aluminium oxide and at least half of the admixture are ground together while dry until reaching the volume weight of the control moulding and, after possible supplementing, objects are formed from the ground mixture and fired at 1,300 to 1,480 degrees C.
