PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to be capable of lengthening a life by applying a minimum power and forming a lead terminal of a condenser exactly. CONSTITUTION: A metal pattern part bends a lead terminal in a predetermined angle in order to form a lead terminal(52) of condenser device(50) and consists of upper and lower metal patterns(54,56). A shift lever(60) is placed at an adjacent part to the lower pattern and makes the lead terminal bent in the predetermined angle while shifted into the upper pattern side. A moving body(64) is installed such that a lower part of the shift lever is rotated and makes the shift lever close to the pattern part side by an extension spring. An electronic solenoid(66) makes the moving body shifted upward and downward along a support table(70). |
