<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and speedily align optical axes even under the environment that there is disturbance light approximate to the flicker frequency of pilot light. <P>SOLUTION: An optical wireless node 10 checks whether an optical signal from an optical radio hub 20 is 'no signal', 'unstable' or 'stable' (step S21).
