<p>PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive structure in which a displaced position is detected by a pair of semiconductor position detecting elements to dispense a divider. CONSTITUTION:On the light receiving surfaces of a pair of PSDs 29, 30, the lights from LEDs 27, 28 are entered in positions in conformation to rotating angles through a detecting transmitting part and a standard transmitting part. Return circuits 35, 40 receive the signal corresponding to the overall light receiving quantities of the respective PSDs 29, 30 through adders 32, 38, and control the carrying currents to the LEDs 27, 28 so that the overall light receiving quantities of the PSDs 29, 30 are constant and equal to each other. Thus, one voltage signal V2, V4 obtained by each PSD 29, 30 is the signal corresponding to the detecting position as it is, and by operating the difference between them by a divider 34, whereby the relative distance can be precisely detected with an inexpensive and regulation-free structure.</p> |
