PURPOSE:To provide a two-layered laminate having interlaminar bonding strength, a multilayered laminate using the same and a method for producing these laminates. CONSTITUTION:A two-layered laminate is provided by the co-extrusion molding of 10-100wt.% of an ethylenic copolymer being a copolymer of ethylene and radical polymerizable acid anhydride and 90-0wt.% of a polyolefinic resin and other base material is thermally bonded to the adhesive resin compsn. layer of the twolayered laminate to provide a multilayered laminate.
