PURPOSE:To easily and inexpensively obtain resin products having various glossinesses by applying a fluxing agent to the surface of a mold base material having the shape of a resin product and baking the coated mold base material to form a vitreous layer and changing the glossiness of the vitreous layer by changing the composition of the fluxing agent. CONSTITUTION:First and second casting molds 16, 17 are clamped and a molten metal is cast into the cavity 18 formed by both molds. After cooling, a casting material 19 is taken out of the cavity 18 to be finished and subsequently subjected to degassing baking. After cooling, ground enamel is sprayed on the molded surface of the casting material 19 to be again baked. After cooling, enamel is sprayed on the surface of the ground enamel layer in a thickness of 1mm by electrostatic spraying to be baked. By this method, a glazed surface forming an upwardly protruding surface becomes a product surface. A hot and cold water copper pipe 20 is arranged to the rear of the enamel coated material 19 and a back layer 21 is formed from a heat insulating material and a reinforcing material and a casting cavity mold A having a vitreous layer 22 on its molding surface is produced and a core mold is also produced in the same way. |
