<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the smooth formation of a band group by providing objective judgment result for musical instrument playing skill of each user to respective users. <P>SOLUTION: A band member for playing a musical instrument together is introduced to each of users by use of user terminals 1 and server 5 connected to Internet 4. Concretely, each user preliminarily forms playing level data showing the musical instrument playing skill based on a prescribed standard and stores it in the server 5.
