<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the point at issue that the ascending flow discharge port is provided to the lower part of an anaerobic bacteria tank to be positionally set on the basis of the inner walls of the anaerobic bacteria tank and filter beds are also arranged on the basis of the inner walls, that is, the filter beds are first arranged at the crossing point of the inner walls in the contact state with the inner walls and subsequently arranged so as to be brought into contact with the inner walls and, on and after, the adjacent parts of the respective filter beds are mutually brought to a contact state to successively arrange the filter beds and a row of the filter beds adjacent to the inner walls is arranged lastly but gaps are required between the filter bed of the outermost row and the inner walls because the filter bed of the outermost row can not be arranged if there are no gaps but the short-circuit flow of sewage is generated in the gaps between the filter bed of the outermost row and the inner walls and the cleaning capacity of sewage due to anaerobic microorganisms lowers. <P>SOLUTION: In the anaerobic bacteria tank having the filter beds 25 provided in the cylindrical part 61 of the body thereof, a blocking material 27 is provided in the gaps between the inner walls 61a-61d of the cylindrical part 61 and the filter beds 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
