<p>PURPOSE: To provide a lighting system in an automobile door handle, by which the foot can be lightened up in getting on and off in the night, and safety and good convenience in use are realized. CONSTITUTION: A lighting system is provided with a door handle main body 11 arranged in the specified position outside a door, and a door knob 12 mounted on the door handle main body 11, a lighting lamp 14 capable of lighting up the foot is provided on the door handle main body 11, and a knob position pilot lamp 16 is provided on the door knob 12. A light guiding means 18 capable of guiding light from the lighting lamp 14 to the knob position pilot lamp 16 or to a keyhole position pilot lamp 17 is provided, and the knob position pilot lamp 16 and the keyhole position pilot lamp 17 are lightened up by light of the light source of the lighting lamp 14 through the light guiding means 18. The light guiding means 18 is preferably constituted of optical fibers.</p> |
