The pyrazoledisulfide compound of the following structure formula(I) is prepared by oxidizing a pyrazolmercaptan compound of the following structure formula(III) with an oxidizing agent selected from the group consisting of hydrogen peroxide, NaOCl, SO2Cl2 and dimethylsulfoixde under the presence or absence of solvent, In this formula, R1 is hydrogen, C1-C4 -alkyl, or phenyl, R2 is hydrogen, C1-C4 -alkyl, alryl, propanoyl; R3 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl or phenyl.
