The valve has a bypass which has an opening (23) in the valve body (15) near its centre on the valve seat (14) and a hole (24) in the valve body near the outside of the valve seat. The opening has an elastic valve piece (25) with one-piece heads (251,252) through it under the action of the supply tube (33). Sealing lips (26) on one of the heads form the non-return valve. A cover (27) lies over the head on the inside of the valve seat and forms an airtight connection between the opening and the hole.
