Dispenser for adhesive tape from storage roll

The dispenser comprises a neutraliser unit which is located next to the cutter and has a functional element. The adhesive tape (1) runs over the neutraliser unit so that the functional element applies a substance to the adhesive (11) when the cutter is operated, onto a section of tape of given length. The substance increases or reduces the action of the adhesive. The functional element may be a punch or an absorbent body (9) and applies a non-adhesive substance on the tape. Alternatively, a second tape with non-adhesive surface, and a conveyor unit conveying the strip over a given length when the cutter is operated, cuts off the end of the strip and leads to the functional element.
