An input/output transmission line of a cellular power amplifier having 800MHz and a method for manufacturing the same reduce a production cost by using a alumina substrate, and enhance an operation efficiency. Transmission lines(31A,31B) of an input/output terminal are divided as a two-rectangle shape. Metal layers of Ti, Pb and Cu are formed on a substrate(31) by a vacuum evaporation method. Then, output transmission line(35) and a ground(32) pattern of the transmission line(35) are formed as metal layers of Cu, Ni and Au by a photolithography and a selective electroplating method. Thereafter, the patterned input/output transmission lines(34,35) patterned inserts a power amplifier(3) between the patterned input/output substrates(31A,31B), and connects a terminal of the power amplifier(3) to the transmission lines.
