PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve gain of a circuit and a band and furthermore, to vary output the duty ratio without damaging the gain of a circuit. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit has a 1st load element 1 and a 1st switching element 2 which are serially provided between a 1st power line Vdd and a 2nd power line Vss. An input signal VIN is supplied to a control terminal of the 1st switching element. The semiconductor integrated circuit has a 1st switching means 81 which is provided between the 1st load element and the 1st power line and to whose control terminal a 1st control signal CN1 is supplied and a 1st load means 82 which is connected to the control terminal of the 1st switching means and whose impedance is set to an optional value or varied, and controls the band of a circuit, gain and output potential by means of the 1st control signal and the impedance of the 1st load means. |
