摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of transmission quality owing to the wavelength fluctuation of a light signal by controlling a system so that code errors detecting parameter to which the wavelength of the light signal outputted from an EGO converter depends are reduced. SOLUTION: The E/O(electric/optic) converter 2 converts an input electric signal into the light signal. The light signal from the E/O converter 2 is supplied to a light band pass filter 4. The light signal passing through the filter 4 is inputted to an O/E (optic/electric) converter 6. The O/E converter 6 converts the inputted light signal into an output electric signal. For detecting the code errors of the output electric signal, a detection unit 8 is provided. A control unit 10 controls parameter to which the wavelength of the light signal outputted from the E/O converter 2 depends so that the code errors detected in the detection unit 8 are reduced. Thus, the wavelength of the light signal is always matched with the center wavelength of the filter 4, and satisfactory transmission quality is maintained.
