PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively preserve and utilize additional information data by reading additional information data from a storage means when additional information data reaches the prescribed occupancy ratio of the storage means and transmitting it by means of a radio communication means. SOLUTION: When additional information data is stored in a memory 5, CPU 4 calculates the memory occupancy ratio of additional information data which is received till then. When it exceeds a prescribed rate, it is checked whether data preferentially to be transmitted is designated or not when communication starts till then. When additional information data with a preferential transmission mark previously designated exists, only the data is marked for transmission. When additional information data with the preferential transmission mark is not previously designated, all additional information data stored in the memory 5 are marked. Then, a communication procedure for automatically transmitting additional information data with the marks is started. |
