PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small motor car which makes it possible to obtain the neutral state of traveling and driving systems with a simple structure at low cost. SOLUTION: This motor car is provided with an electromagnetic brake 14 in traveling and driving systems, which operate an electric motor 3 to run drive wheels 4, and constituted in such a manner that the electromagnetic brake 14, when the electric motor is driven for acceleration, releases the braking of the traveling and driving systems and, when operations other than the acceleration, brakes the traveling and driving systems. By providing an operating means S in addition to a control circuit 8 which drives and controls the electric motor 3, the electromagnetic brake 14 is made switchable to a state of releasing the braking of the traveling and driving systems. |
