PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job creating device for stock printing capable of checking contents of printing easily and not requiring specifying a storage location of a printing job.

SOLUTION: When a terminal device receives a printing instruction from a user (Start), it controls a printing job-creating part and creates a printing job (S1). It then updates a stock data (data, including a thumbnail and location information of the printing job) (S3) and transmits the printing job to a storage server 12 (S4). The user can easily check printing contents using the thumbnail, by referring to the stock data, when performing stock printing on this device. Furthermore, the user can easily specify the storage server to which the printing instruction is transmitted by using the location information.
