摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consultation system in which a client can smoothly communicate with the consultant of a bank while staying at home. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of client information acquired from a data server 22 by a telemarketing server 26, a TV conference device 16 for the consultant installed in a call center 10 is connected to a TV conference device 40 for the client installed in a client's house 12. Video signals and audio signals are mutually distributed between both TV conference devices 40 and 16 mutually connected by a TV conference relay server 28 and a CTI server 30.
