<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose dioxin in molten fly ash generated when waste, waste incineration residue or the like are melted, and also to make solid phase reaction of an additives such as lime and the molten fly ash proceed to form hydraulic material. SOLUTION: In this treating method, to 100 pts.wt. of molten fly ash, 10-200 pts.wt. of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of slaked lime, quick lime, limestone, and clay are added, and the mixture is kneaded with water in a kneader 44, and then, the kneaded matter is subjected to heat treatment at an oxygen concentration of not more than 5 vol.% and in a high temperature atmosphere of 600-900 deg.C in a high temperature heat treating device 14.</p> |
