PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a loudspeaker diaphragm against accidental insertion of a wire or the like and against shower at the some time. SOLUTION: A galley 18 for preventing intrusion of hot water/water is placed between a speaker 12 and an outer mounting cover 10, to which a large number of voice holes 11 are made so as to void a diaphragm 25 of the speaker from being sprinkled with by shower. Then through-holes, with entrances and exit offsets, the so-called blind holes are made on the gallery 18.
