SOLUTION: A lip member 10 integrally erected from the exhaust gas outlet 3b and also consisting of a cylindrical body having a smaller diameter than an inner diameter of the chimney 4 is attached to the inner wall side at a connection part of the exhaust gas outlet 3b of the adsorption tower 3 and the chimney 4. Also a drain pipe 12 for returning the condensed water 7 flew down into an annular space 11 formed between the lip member 10 and the chimney 4 inner wall to a liquid reservoir part 1a of the adsorption tower 3 is connected to the lower end part of the chimney 4.
