摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even flow-sped distribution with a simple configuration by providing a perforated plate whose opening-percentage is larger at a peripheral part than at a central part at an air blowout opening surface of a blow out chamber where an air whose temperature and humidity are adjusted is blown out to a specified range at an air supply position, and setting, upright, a guide plate on a lower stream side of the perforated plate. SOLUTION: Related to a blow out chamber 1 wherein an air whose temperature and humidity are adjusted, supplied from a constant temperature/humidity air supply device is taken in through an air guide opening 13 and blown out into a device which is supplied with air from a perforated plate 11 provided at an air blow out opening surface, the perforated plate 11 whose opening percentage is larger at a peripheral part than at a central part is used. Thus, the flow rate and flow speed of the air just after blown out are made large at the peripheral part while small at the central part as shown with an allow 32.... By providing a guide plate 12 at the peripheral part of the opening, the air, at the peripheral part, blown out of the perforated plate 11 is directed, while the air at the central part is guided by the air at the peripheral part with larger flow rate and speed, for even flow-speed distribution.
