PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure sensitive adhesive label which is free of label floating and peeling when the adhesive label is stuck to an adhered and which avoids the adhesion of an adhesive agent to the adhered at the time of peeling by specifying the pressure sensitive adhesive force stipulated by JIS(Japanese Industrial Standards) Z 0237 to be in a specific range and specifying the logarithmic decrement of pressure sensitive adhesive layer so as to satisfy specific conditions. SOLUTION: A rubber-based pressure sensitive adhesive is used. The adhesive power thereof is specified to be in a specific range and the value of the logarithmic decrement of the pressure sensitive adhesive surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive label measured by a rigid body pendulum viscoelasticity measuring instrument is specified. Namely, the tacky adhesive power regulated by JIS Z 0237 of the pressure sensitive adhesive label having a pressure sensitive adhesive on one surface of a surface substrate is 5 to 1000 gf/25 mm. In addition, the logarithmic decrement of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer measured by using a rigid body pendulum property testing machine in the logarithmic decrement of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer has the maximum value at a temp. between -100 and -50 deg.C and the maximum value thereof is >=0.4. In addition, the valueΔ0 of the logarithmic decrement at 0 deg.C and the valueΔ40 of the logarithmic decrement at 40 deg.C satisfy the respective equations 0.50<=Δ0 /Δ40 <=2.00,Δ40 <=0.30,Δ0 <=0.30.
