<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare and display an electronic document accurately drawing a hard copy document by deciding the visual aspect of a first document in the case of being assembled and printed according to an instruction so as to generate the visual aspect as an output. SOLUTION: When a user decides to assemble the electronic document, a program 32 generates the list of document assembling parameters and displays a list within a document assembling form. in order to generate the list of the document assembling parameter, a user interface 50 searches and lists a parameter name 62 with respect to each entry 60 from a database. When the program 32 receives a user input for selecting various kinds of document assembling parameters, a PDF file editor 56 corrects the copy of an original PDF document to generate an enlarged-type electronic document 120. In particular, the editor 56 adds necessary graphic element to give the visual aspect of a paper document assembled according to a document assembling parameter.</p> |
