PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly prevent a crosstalk between a transmitting circuit and a receiving circuit.

SOLUTION: A board 51 internally includes: a transmission side ground layer 26b to be connected to an optical signal transmitting circuit; and a reception side ground layer 26a to be connected to an optical signal receiving circuit. Both ground layers 26a and 26b are arranged with electric separation on the board 51. An electrical conducting layer 52 extending in a surface shape which crosses with the opposing direction of both ground layers 26a and 26b is arranged inside the board 51. The electrical conducting layer 52 absorbs a propagation signal between the transmitting circuit and the receiving circuit, so that the crosstalk is prevented between both circuits.
