The cold insulated cabinet comprising a cold insulated cabinet body (1) of heat-insulated construction, a door (2) for opening and closing an opening (4) in the cold insulated cabinet body (1), a cool storage unit (20) cooling the interior of the cold insulated cabinet body (1), and a refrigerator (19) including an evaporator (23) for cooling the cool storage unit (20). The cool storage unit (20) and evaporator (23) are disposed on top of the cold insulated chamber (5) of the cold insulated cabinet body (1). The cold insulated chamber (5) is cooled by natural circulation of cold air from the cool storage unit (20).
