PURPOSE: A radiation fin fixing apparatus is provided to make a radiation fin fixed to a panel with strong coupling force at normal use and easily separated from the panel at an obstacle. CONSTITUTION: A radiation fin fixing apparatus comprises a panel part(1), a radiation fin(2), a both-faced tape(3) and an auxiliary radiation fin(4). The radiation fin(2) radiates heat generated from the panel part(1). The panel part(1), the both-faced tape(3), the auxiliary radiation fin(4), and the radiation fin(2) are adhered in this order. The auxiliary radiation fin(4) is fixed to the radiation fin(2) by a screw(5).
