PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of easily realizing the control or maintenance of the using situation of each equipment without operating any special processing, alteration, or hardware addition to each equipment in an environment in which each equipment is allowed to transmit or receive various data by using radio communication. SOLUTION: Each equipment is allowed to independently transmit and receive data. An information processor 100 receives all radio information (a step S11), and analyzes the radio information by a received data analyzing part 1004 (a step S12). Then, while the analyzed result is stored in a data storing part 1006 as control information (a step S13), control data for each equipment are prepared by a control data preparing part 1005 (a step S14), and transmitted to each equipment (a step S15).
