The motor has a stator (10), a rotor (20) and a number of phase coils successively stimulated to turn the rotor. Either the stator or rotor device has a surface opposite the other device with a number of axial recesses (SR1-SR12) for coils (Aa,Ab,..) and poles (S1-S12) between two adjacent recesses and the other device has a surface opposing the first device with a number of mutually independent magnetic parts (J1-J8) that couple the poles when opposite them. Coil stimulation generates a torque via a magnetic flux produced in a closed circuit formed by the two adjacent poles and the magnetic parts between them.
