PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element that has an excellent luminous efficiency and can maintain an optimum luminous performance having excellent visibility without being affected by blurring or fading of light, and its manufacturing method, and a display device and a portable terminal using the same. SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescence element that comprises at least a positive electrode that injects an electron hole, a luminous layer that has a luminous region, and a negative electrode that injects an electron. At least one of the above positive electrode or negative electrode is equipped with light transmission performance and the light-transmission electrode comprises a light angle changing means made of a conductive member for the light irradiated from the above luminous layer.
