PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning unit for a vehicle which can improve its recycle property while reducing a manufacturing cost and weight of the vehicle. SOLUTION: Each extension part 5 extended to a side of an instrument panel 2 is provided in a unit case 3a of an air conditioning unit 3 for a vehicle, and fixing holes 7 for fixing an on-vehicle electronic equipment 4 are installed in each extension part 5, so as to fix the on-vehicle electronic equipment 4 without providing a reinforcement, audio fixing bracket, etc.
