PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by eliminating necessity for previous molding of an air conditioning duct, in an air conditioning duct structure contained in a vehicle beam member. SOLUTION: A sheet-shaped material 17' for an air conditioning duct is integrally formed by piling up on a surface of a sheet-shaped material 15' for a beam member, the material 17' for the air conditioning duct is placed so as to be in an inner side, bending work is applied to the material 15' for the beam member into a closed sectional shape, both end parts of the closed sectional shape of the material 15' for the beam member are integrally connected.
